Shipping

All Bimsonic’s products will be shipped from Yogyakarta, using trackable service from Pos Indonesia.
Unless stated as non-immediate shipping in the product page, all orders will be shipped within 1-3 days after the purchase. Non-immediate-shipping items will be shipped within its shipping period as stated in its product page.
Shipping to Indonesia regions normally take 2-4 days to deliver, and shipping to other countries is estimated between 10-21 days. Please contact us at support at bimsonic dot com before ordering if you need faster delivery time option.

Depending on the country of the shipping address, shipping to any regions outside Indonesia might be subjected to customs duty and or taxes, and the buyer should pay those charges (including its additional carrier’s custom clearance/handling fees if applicable)

For purchase paid via Paypal, refund is possible using the mechanism of Paypal’s purchase protection described here: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/digital-wallet/buyer-purchase-protection.
However, regardless of your chosen payment method, if the purchased article is received in a bad shape or defective, buyer can opt to get a replacement unit or a full refund, just contact us at support at bimsonic dot com if you have such case.
